Technology Evangelist Hunts Innovators

Technology innovators be prepared to be exposed or you had better take cover because I just finished watching a online high definition series produced by Technology Evangelist and they are coming for you. The series is titled Innovators is set to comb the countryside in search of innovative technology minds. They are looking for the "hidden gems" of the tech world that help people through their technology expertise, advancements and work. They are looking for remarkable people to tell their story.

The Innovators' first episode had Technology Evangelists traveling to meet Derek Franklin from Bloomington, Indiana after reading this post on Somewhat Frank about a search tool Derek built called whonu.com. In watching the high definition quality clip I found, reformed nudist, Derek Franklin to be extremely forward thinking and passionate about Flash and Search. Derek has an interest in helping people search better which inspired him to create a product called Search Automator Pro. He also emphasized the importance of giving people the right tools to be able to search properly. Ironically, I listened to Barry Diller, chairman and CEO of InterActiveCorp echo a similar keynote message* at SES in New York this week. IAC owns the search engine Ask.com and so needless to say, I think Barry and Derek would get along just fine. Additionally, Derek maintains a personal blog here.

I would highly recommend tuning into Technology Evangelist for the Innovators series. You could meet some amazing new people in the industry and watch them tell their stories in high definition.
