Online Mapping Explored On TechCrunch

TechCrunch recently published a comparison piece titled, Comparing the Mapping Services which explores the online mapping landscape. The field of online mapping services has grown and competition it heating up but this post should help you sort through all the noise to find a clearer signal.

We looked into the five major mapping providers: Ask.com Maps, Google Local Maps, Mapquest, Microsoft Windows Live Local and Yahoo Maps Beta. I think you will find the results of our analysis surprising.
