Blog Open Source Algorithm Community Proposed

With my recent post calling for the formation of a committee to help manage the state of the blogosphere spurred by the Syntagma theory, I read this post on Napsterization calling for similar action in create an "open source algorithm" community to figure out how to handle blog page rank questions.  It is a wordy post but it provides thorough analysis and is worth reading if you are interested in improvement upon the current blog assessment and ranking standards.
