Truveo, a video search startup which was acquired by AOL in 2006, recently redesigned the site and I have to say it is super. It offers a new layout that slices and dices its aggregation of videos from across the Web so users are bound to uncover videos that would have previously remained buried.
Truveo also offers outbound feeds and on the fly snaggable widgets based off of any search term. For example, here is a search I performed with a customized snaggable widget shown below. Truveo is a great place to search for fresh video content.
Check out the video interview with Dr. Timothy Tuttle, founder of Truveo, (shown below) produced by BeetTV. Tim explains how Truveo finds new videos and how to get your videos indexed by Truveo if they are not already.

Truveo also powers some of the images and content recommendations behind Mgnet which is part of the myAOL Personalization Suite.
Disclosure: I must mention, I work for AOL but I have been using Truveo prior to working for AOL so it hasn't changed my opinion of the product.
