If you are a business traveler you know what it is like to have to come back and remember every expense you made on your trip. Credit card bills offer a good record and are a good place to start in trying to recall all your expenses but they do not always tell you the entire story as most companies require you to submit details about each expense. Xpenser launched recently to offer expense tracking via Email/PDA, SMS, IM, Voice, and the Web. By emailing, SMS, calling or IMing you can record expenses to Xpenser. Xpenser aggregates your expenses so you can then go online to edit and finalize them before sending them along. Email your expense information in the email's Subject, with the format: "ExpenseType Amount Notes" and Xpenser does the rest as the items are added to the online expense report (like the one shown below).
