Twitter rolled out a fun and timely little feature today to enable users to send a little Valentine love through Twitter. Users can tell others who they "heart" by simply listing another Twitter user and then making a heart with the "<3" characters. I just tested it out and sent some love to some of my friends and of course to TECH cocktail. TimeOut Chicago showed TECH cocktail a little love today too.
